Welcome to iziCut (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our audio and video editing iOS app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscription options via Apple ID. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. The subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings on your iOS device.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for the subscription. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will be charged the subscription fee.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are handled through the Apple App Store. We do not provide refunds for any subscription periods that have already been billed.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm us or any other party.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

• Use any automated system to access the App.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

8. Termination

We aim to provide you with continuous access to our App. However, we may need to terminate or suspend your access to the App if necessary, such as if you breach these Terms. We will strive to provide advance notice where possible, but there may be instances where immediate action is required. If your access is terminated, your right to use the App will end immediately.

9. Disclaimers

While we strive to provide the best possible experience, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continually work to improve the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
